I started making cauliflower mash a couple of years ago when It was all the hype. To my surprise it was incredibly delicious and I immediately fell in love with it. I’ve learned a few tricks along the way to make it taste cheesy and nutty without using any of those ingredients. This “5 Ingredients Cauliflower Mash” it’s my favorite version of it. You can easily modify this to diary free because what gives it that special taste it’s Nutritional Yeast. If you have not tried it yet, you’re missing out! I love making roasted potatoes and sprinkle it all over, just perfect.
Back to Cauliflower Now. I served this Cauliflower Mash with my delicious Pot Roast with Pepperoncini. It was the perfect match! We just couldn’t get enough of it.
