This is another of my go-to smoothies! made with nut milk and red apples, it is sweet and nutty with a hint of cinnamon and nutmeg, I though the name “Apple Pie Smoothie” was just perfect for it.
I used my @ninjakitchen blender, like always but If you are using a regular blender I suggest to process the apple on its own and then blend in the rest of the ingredients so you can get a smoother consistency. This is a smaller smoothie since I used one of the little apples I like to buy for my kids to snack on, I like them because they’re sweeter. I also added a packet of Stevia but it is totally optional. This smoothie is so sweet and comforting, definitely a keeper!

Ingredients
- 1 red apple
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup nut milk
- 1 packet Stevia
- 1 cup crushed ice
Instructions
- Cored and slice the apple, add to the blender with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until very smooth.
