“ Summer is around the corner and this weekend we got a little taste of it here in Texas. What better way to cool down than homemade ice cream! This No-Churn Mango Ice Cream is as good as homemade ice cream gets. With only three ingredients: Mangos, heavy cream and Sweetened Condensed Milk by @magnoliabrandmilk this ice cream is a summer treat you’ll be making over and over this summer. I know I will. My family can’t get enough!!
I added some sprinkles to make it more fun. Is there anything kids love more than ice cream and sprinkles? I don’t think so.

3 Ingredients Mango Ice cream (No churn)
Ingredients
- 2 cups diced mangos about 3 large (I prefer Ataulfo)
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Peel and dice the mangos and transfer to a blender along with the condensed milk. Blend until very smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream in the bowl of an electric mixer until it almost forms soft peaks. Do not over beat.
- Transfer the mango mixture into a large bowl and gently fold the whipped cream in two or three batches.
- Covered with plastic pressing down on the ice cream to make sure there’s no air between the ice cream and the plastic wrap.
- Chill for up to 4 hours
- Enjoy!
